Attending the QATC Conference has changed our lives! Other resources are great but there is nothing like getting off-site, rubbing shoulders with people who share your challenges and victories, and then coming home and putting it all into practice.
The first QATC Conference we went to inspired my team to come back and make significant changes to our training. In the last two years we have been able to implement so many new techniques, concepts, and ideas that we have actually had to split out our QA from our training staff and add new members to our team to get it all done! We have gone from four trainers at the beginning of 2011 to five trainers, two course designers, 12 QA Analysts, and three members in management. And because it has been so fruitful in its results, we are constantly challenged to do more and more for our contact center!
Attending the conference helped us cast a vision for the future of training for our department. We were able to learn so much about this industry. We were exposed to the tools of the trade. We were able to get our creative juices flowing again. The QATC Conference has become a line item on our budget because it has had a significant impact on what we do and how we do it! If you are experiencing presentation fatigue, if you are not seeing the results that you want for your training, if you just need a breath of fresh air, the QATC Conference is the place to be!
