You may register for the 2025 QATC Annual Conference via mail, phone, e-mail, or online.

Costs for the 2025 QATC Annual Conference:

Early Bird Registration before August 1, 2025:
$1,695 for members
$1,945 for non-members
$1,990 for non-members with a one-year membership included

Registration after August 1, 2025:
$1,795 for members
$2,045 for non-members
$2,090 for non-members with a one-year membership included

$150 discount for three or more attendees from one company

Cancellation Policy

You may substitute attendees at any time.

For cancellations made before August 1, 2025, QATC will provide a full refund. Cancellations before August 15, 2025 will be charged a $195 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after August 31, 2025 but attendee substitutions can be made at any time.

Mobile App
Attendees will have access to a mobile app that can be used on a phone, tablet, or laptop. The conference agenda, session materials, sponsors, speaker information, session evaluations, and much more will be available in the mobile app.
